  • Can you do other things apart from ad management?
    Yes! We have an extensive network of partners that includes channel specialist marketers (SEO, email, social, content), developers, designers, analysts, copywriters and more.
  • What sort of budgets do you work with?
    Our flexible pricing model allows us to support everything from 1K all the way up to 30K per month.
  • How long are your contracts?
    We don’t do long term contracts, feel free to cancel anytime with 30 days notice and no hard feelings.
  • Where are your clients based?
    All over the world! Most of clients are based in the UK or USA, but also as far as South Asia and the UAE.
  • Who will be managing our campaigns?
    We're a small tight knit team of UK based marketing specialists. You'll be working directly with us, without getting passed around to different account managers all the time.
  • Can we have regular calls?
    Most comms are done via email, with ad-hoc calls as and when needed to discuss important points.
  • How does reporting work?
    We usually provide weekly, bi-weekly or monthly reports, depending on the budgets. We can either provide rolling spreadsheets so you can see progress over time, or setup a live data dashboard.
  • Can you setup our conversion tracking?
    Yes - we work with a third party partner who specialises in setting up conversion tracking and web analytics. We will organise everything, test and configure in conjunction with our partner. A small cost may apply.
  • Can you design image and video ads?
    We handle all image ads ourselves if you don't already have an in-house designer or creative agency. We can also handle basic video editing if you supply the assets. For more complex video production, we can introduce you to our partners.
